By purchasing, you agree to my policies and understand my grading scale. All enamel pins are made by hand, meaning that no product is 100% perfect. All grading concerns the front of pins only, UNLESS it involves the posts. Color may also vary from color displayed on screen. Effects may vary or change without warning due to the production process. By purchasing from my shop, you agree to this policy, and I will not be able to issue a refund if you are unhappy with flaws corresponding to grade, slight color variation, and variations due to the production process of creating enamel pins. I will do my best to properly display all aspects of the products in order to avoid all these issues, and as always, please send me a message and talk to me first if you think there’s been a mistake.

Standard Grades: little to no noticeable flaws at arm’s length on natural light. This may include but is not limited to minor pin pricks that aren’t visible unless closely inspected or specs of glitter that do not affect the design quality.

B Grades: may contain above flaws, and may include but is not limited to more noticeable flaws such as minor scratches, scuffs, and slightly misaligned print that doesn’t affect design quality.

Seconds: may contain above flaws, but may also include scratches, uneven enamel, missing enamel, and misaligned print, among other potential flaws.

Presale/Mixed Grade:
Wait time to receive the pin may be 3-6 months MINIMUM. Due to covid issues, wait time may be longer. I do not allow presales to be used as trades due to the tenuous nature of preorders. Please be advised to this before committing to any preorders. By purchasing, you agree to these terms. Violation of these terms will result in a ban and refund on all current preorders.

Shipping:
All in hand orders ship out within 7-10 business days with tracking, unless otherwise specified. Once it’s been shipped out and scanned, it is outside of my control, and I am not responsible for delayed, lost, damaged, or missing packages. For international orders, you may be responsible for additional fees, taxes, or import duties charged at delivery relating to your country. I am not responsible for such things.

All sales are final, and no refunds will be made due to the buyer changing their mind or having buyer’s remorse. However, I am only human, and it’s possible for me to make mistakes. Please message me if you have any issues with your order.
